CSCTRUCK China Tank Truck, a leading manufacturer of specialized tank trucks and energy infrastructure equipment in China, has completed the export of a modern LPG Filling Station system to Zimbabwe, marking another milestone in the company’s expanding presence in Africa’s clean energy sector. The project is designed to strengthen Zimbabwe’s liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution capacity and support the country’s transition toward cleaner and more efficient fuel alternatives.
The newly delivered LPG Filling Station integrates advanced storage, compression, metering, and dispensing systems, enabling safe and efficient handling of LPG for both commercial and domestic use. Engineered with international safety standards, the facility features leak detection systems, emergency shut-off valves, and high-precision flow control technology to ensure operational reliability and environmental protection.
According to project specifications, the station is modular in design, allowing for quick installation and flexible deployment in both urban and semi-industrial zones. This makes it suitable for Zimbabwe’s growing demand for decentralized energy supply solutions, particularly in regions where traditional fuel infrastructure remains limited.

The export aligns with Zimbabwe’s national energy diversification strategy, which aims to reduce reliance on biomass and conventional fuels while promoting cleaner energy sources. The introduction of modern LPG infrastructure is expected to improve household energy access, reduce indoor air pollution, and support small and medium-sized energy distributors.
CSCTRUCK China Tank Truck stated that the delivery reflects its long-term commitment to supporting African energy development through reliable engineering solutions and customized fuel handling systems. The company continues to expand its portfolio of LPG, LNG, and fuel logistics equipment across multiple African markets.
Upon arrival, the LPG Filling Station will undergo on-site commissioning and technical inspection before being handed over to local operators. Training sessions will also be provided to ensure safe handling and efficient operation.
This successful export highlights the growing cooperation between China’s industrial equipment manufacturers and African nations in advancing sustainable energy infrastructure and economic development.
