In terms of active safety, the Hongyan Genlyon integrated tank intelligent hazardous truck is equipped with a series of safety devices, including the ESP electronic stability system, AEBS emergency braking system, and tire pressure and temperature monitoring system. It is also fitted with ADAS and TEMPS intelligent driver-assistance systems, enabling functions such as FCWS forward collision warning, LDWS lane departure warning, PCW pedestrian collision warning, TPM tire pressure monitoring, and ACC adaptive cruise control, providing multiple layers of safety protection. Notably, the truck is equipped with cameras from the front to the rear of the tank, offering a 360° panoramic view, which effectively reduces scraping, collisions, and accidents. Inside the cab, the DMS fatigue driving warning system, based on facial recognition technology, detects driver actions such as eye closure, yawning, phone use, or frequent blinking, determining whether the driver is fatigued or distracted, and issues alerts and rest reminders.
For passive safety, the cab of the Hongyan Genlyon tanker truck adopts a 4-point suspension design, allowing the entire cab to move backward up to 500mm in a collision to absorb impact force and protect occupants. More importantly, the tank body is coated with a high-tech safety layer, ensuring that even in a collision, flammable and explosive substances inside are less likely to leak or ignite.

It can track real-time operating conditions of the tractor and tank valves, and when anomalies occur, obtain fault information via map tracking, route playback, and intelligent imaging, effectively preventing risks.
In addition, the optimized powertrain configuration plays an important role in enhancing safety. The truck adopts a high-power engine brake, with options for a hydraulic retarder, full-disc braking system, and air suspension. This configuration ensures more efficient and reliable braking, whether in mountains or plains, during deceleration or emergency stops, allowing the truck to handle all scenarios with confidence.
