| Standard configuration | The tank body is made of high-strength lightweight steel plates, and 2 types of outer shape structures, namely planar and bent, are available for selection. The tank body is divided into 3 independent compartments (customization is available). The whole vehicle is equipped with 3 augers, and each auger is driven by 3 motors with a power of 5.5 kW and an external power supply of 380V. The top auger is hydraulically controlled for lifting and can rotate 180° to the left and right. An on-board generator can be optionally installed for self-power generation! (The external power supply has low cost, is environmentally friendly, and causes less vehicle wear and tear.) It is also possible to drive the power take-off through the gearbox, and then drive the hydraulic motors with the imported hydraulic pump to make each auger work. In the full hydraulic unloading mode, the top auger is hydraulically controlled for lifting and can rotate 180° to the left and right. (Unloading at the vehicle’s idling speed is fast, highly safe, and requires no maintenance.) | |
