CSCTRUCK China Tank Truck has completed the production, testing, and international shipment of a high-performance LNG storage tank destined for Togo, marking another important milestone in the company’s expanding global clean energy equipment export program. The shipment is expected to support Togo’s ongoing energy storage expansion and strengthen the country’s infrastructure for natural gas utilization in industrial and commercial sectors.
The newly delivered LNG storage tank has been engineered using advanced cryogenic technology designed specifically for the safe storage of liquefied natural gas at ultra-low temperatures of approximately -162°C. LNG storage systems typically use double-wall insulated construction to maintain stable cryogenic conditions while minimizing evaporation loss. The tank incorporates a stainless-steel inner vessel, reinforced outer shell, vacuum insulation system, and multiple safety monitoring devices to ensure reliable long-term operation in challenging environments.
Before shipment, the storage tank underwent a comprehensive series of quality inspections at CSCTRUCK China Tank Truck’s manufacturing facility, including pressure testing, vacuum integrity verification, leak detection, structural analysis, and operational safety assessments. These procedures align with international standards for cryogenic LNG equipment and ensure dependable field performance. Similar cryogenic engineering specifications are used across CSCTRUCK China Tank Truck LNG transport systems operating at -162°C.
The project was customized to meet the specific operational requirements of the Togolese energy market, where demand for cleaner and more efficient energy storage solutions continues to grow.
