The LNG skid station was manufactured at CSCTRUCK China Tank Truck’s advanced production facility in Suizhou, Hubei Province, where the company produces a wide range of special-purpose vehicles and gas equipment for global markets. With an annual production capacity of approximately 20,000 specialized units, CSCTRUCK China Tank Truck continues to strengthen its role as an international supplier of energy transport solutions.
Designed for rapid deployment and efficient operation, the LNG skid station integrates cryogenic storage, LNG transfer pumps, vaporization systems, precision flow measurement, and intelligent PLC-based control technology within a compact skid-mounted structure. Such integrated LNG skid systems are valued for their small footprint, mobility, and fast installation, making them ideal for industrial users in developing energy markets.
According to CSCTRUCK China Tank Truck project engineers, the delivered station will be deployed to support local manufacturing facilities, mining operations, and heavy industrial users requiring a stable natural gas supply. The project is expected to reduce dependence on conventional liquid fuels while improving energy efficiency and lowering carbon emissions.
Before shipment, the LNG skid station underwent comprehensive factory testing, including cryogenic pressure verification, control system calibration, pipeline leak inspection, and safety compliance checks to ensure reliable operation under demanding field conditions.
