● Aluminum Alloy Tank with Lifting Device

This aluminum dry bulk semi tank trailer features an aluminum alloy tank body. The overall dimensions are 13.545 meters in length, 2.55 meters in width, and 3.995 meters in height. It is available in 2 curb weight configurations: 7.3 tons and 8 tons. The rated gross vehicle weight is 40 tons, with a loading capacity of 58 cubic meters of solid powder material.

At the very front of the tank is a HYVA FCA179 hydraulic lifting cylinder, which can raise the front end of the tank to a certain height to facilitate discharge from the rear.

The connection area for the trailer’s main pipelines uses stainless steel brackets, positioned on the left side of the trailer’s front, offering a premium appearance.

Unlike conventional dry bulk semi tank trailers that typically use a conical tail end, this trailer adopts a spherical tail end design inspired by European powder tank technology.

A stainless-steel climbing ladder is installed on the left rear side of the trailer, allowing operators to access the loading port. The folding section of the ladder is cleverly linked with the top platform’s railing—when the lower half of the ladder is pulled down, the railing on the top automatically rises, showcasing a smart and user-friendly design.

The trailer’s main support legs are from the SAF-HOLLAND brand, matching the quality level of similar European trailers.

Dedicated hose storage compartments are located on both sides of the tank, providing convenient space to store loading and unloading hoses during transport.

On each side of the frame, there is a fire extinguisher packed in a composite material box with high strength. This design offers excellent protection for the extinguishers, which are essential safety equipment for vehicles transporting special cargo.

Additionally, wheel chocks are mounted on both sides of the frame to serve as extra safety measures during parking operations.

The trailer uses wide single tires, similar to European trailers. In Europe, single-tire trailers are common for standard-load logistics transportation. The tire specification is 425/65R22.5, and the brand is SHUANGQIAN.

For the axle system, this trailer is also equipped with axles from SAF-HOLLAND. Although SAF may not be as well-known as BPW, it has a market share in Europe that rivals BPW’s. As such, SAF axles offer excellent reliability. The standard maintenance interval for these axles is 200,000 km. If the trailer is equipped with optional BPW 400K axles, the maintenance interval can reach up to 400,000 km.

At the rear of the trailer, there is an additional set of SAF-HOLLAND landing legs. These are designed to stabilize the trailer during tank lifting and unloading operations, preventing safety risks caused by center-of-gravity shifts.

The rear underride guard and side anti-collision beams are all made of aluminum alloy, with refined craftsmanship and a design style very much aligned with European trailers.
