This SHACMAN Wing 6 small 3-axle EURO VI aluminum oil tanker lorry features a SHACMAN XuanDe Series Wing 6 half-cab with a sun visor structure, which blocks some sunlight and provides excellent protection for the driver’s eyes.
Compared to the previous X6 series, the front grille area has been reduced, and the upper vehicle logo uses a luminous design. This greatly enhances brand recognition during nighttime driving and gives the vehicle a more modern and stylish appearance.
The tank body is made of aluminum alloy with a lightweight design. The end caps are first cut using plasma cutting, then shaped with an expansion machine, and finally sealed along the edges using a flanging machine. This process effectively ensures strength and impact resistance.
The top of the tank features a manhole cover and an anti-slip grid, with lifting guardrails on both sides. A safety ladder is installed at the rear of the tank, making it easy for personnel to access the tank and inspect the top.
The tire guards are also made of aluminum alloy as part of the lightweight design. The rear bumper protection is made of aluminum alloy as well, with black plastic covers on both ends. This ensures an attractive appearance while preventing harm to pedestrians or other vehicles.
The aluminum alloy discharge box is equipped with an oil discharge valve, oil–gas recovery valve, emergency cut-off device, static grounding reel, and anti-overflow probe socket, ensuring safe operations and preventing fuel waste.
A major highlight is the rear axle shock absorption system. It uses 2 large air springs, which provide smoother driving and better stability compared to ordinary spring suspensions. This system is also lighter in weight, contributing to the overall lightweight design.
