The body segments of the tank will consist of one piece.

After the dish head is manufactured, the thickness measurement will be done and will be recorded.

Welding & Workmanship

Our company has China GB and ISO certificates for welders and welding management systems. Shell – Shell. Shell – Dished Head and Nozzle welding will be made by certified welders under the appropriate welding method with proven accuracy.

Heat Treatment

Tank’s Dished Heads, stress relieved, will be processed. At the same time, the computer output will be automatically graphic on the paper and placed in the prepared quality file of the tank by each process.

TESTS

RADIOGRAPHIC CONTROL

The tank’s welding seams will be controlled through radiographic control according to the design code.

Radiographic tests shall be carried out under China GB standards.

NDT Personnel is certified by China GB.

Radiographic tests will be performed using high-precision, panoramic, and linear X-ray devices.

PENETRANT TEST OR MAGNETIC PARTICLE TEST

Nozzle – Shell and Manhole – Shell welds will be checked by penetrant test or magnetic particle test method according to the design standard.

HYDROSTATIC TEST

At the end of the tank manufacturing, the hydrostatic test will be done according to the design standard

Clean and tap water will be used during the hydrostatic test.

The water temperature which will be used will not be less than 7 7C.

The hydrostatic test will be approved by a third party. If requested, the customer will be able to supervise the test. The cost for a third party shall be borne by the customer.

After the hydrostatic test, the inside of the tank and all the internal pipes.

LEAKAGE TEST

Tanks, piping, and instruments will be leak tested.
