The tank body thickness is engineered for strength, with the shell at 5mm and reinforced ends exceeding 6mm, providing enhanced structural integrity during transport. To maintain the temperature of bitumen, the tanker is equipped with an 80mm thermal insulation layer made of insulation cotton, covered by a 0.5mm galvanized sheet available in black or white, effectively minimizing heat loss.

The heating system includes an internal single-tube heating design powered by a reliable USA BECKETT combustion engine, ensuring efficient and consistent heating performance. For safe access and operation, the tanker is fitted with a carbon steel anti-skid walkway on top, along with a low guardrail and ladder system.

The unloading system features a 6-inch carbon steel pipeline and a 6-inch butterfly valve, enabling smooth and controlled discharge of bitumen.
