The tank body of the Sinotruk SITRAK C5H 8×4 26 CBM aluminum fuel tanker truck is made of aluminum alloy, with a total capacity of 25.6 cubic meters and an effective volume of 24.38 cubic meters. The cylindrical tank wall is 5.6 mm thick, and the end caps are 7 mm thick. The tank is designed with multiple compartments, which can either communicate or be isolated from each other. It comes standard with 2 sets of European-standard components, including Euro-standard tank openings, bottom valves, bottom loading ports, vapor recovery valves, anti-overflow probe sockets, electrostatic wire reels, and emergency shut-off valves.
The top platform of the tank is equipped with wire mesh for anti-slip safety. Both sides of the platform feature foldable guardrails for ease of use. A safety ladder is mounted at the rear of the tank for convenient access. The wheel guards, fuel tank, air tanks, and discharge box are all made of aluminum alloy. The use of lightweight materials effectively reduces the curb weight of the vehicle and improves fuel economy.
