A cement tank truck has a protruding lower section with a tilt angle to facilitate the flow of cement.

Since dry cement can flow downward at a 14° angle, the bottom of dry bulk tankers is typically designed with a downward bulge. However, for materials with poor flowability, a steeper angle is required, which means the tank needs to be equipped with a lifting function.

This tank truck comes standard with a bolted No. 90 traction pin, which meets current operational needs and allows for easy future replacement, offering stronger compatibility.

On top of the truck, the handrails are designed to be foldable. When rooftop access is needed, the handrails can be raised, and during transport, they can be folded down to avoid exceeding height limits.

As for the axle system, this truck is equipped with BPW’s 400K series air suspension axles, which are maintenance-free for up to 400,000 kilometers over 2 years, offering greater overall reliability.

For fully loaded dry bulk tanker trailers, lifting to a 45° angle raises the center of gravity, increasing the risk of rollovers. To ensure safety, this truck is equipped with 2 hydraulic outriggers at the rear.

Additionally, there is a leveling gauge on each side at the rear. These can be used before and during lifting to determine whether the vehicle is level, helping to prevent rollover accidents.

Around the discharge outlet, it is fitted with vibration equipment to ensure smooth discharge of large material chunks.
For bulk materials with poor flow characteristics, this dry bulk tanker trailer uses the lifting mechanism to aid in unloading, while the rear hydraulic outriggers and leveling gauges ensure safe operation. It is well-suited for transporting powder and granular materials such as carbon black, soda ash, PTA, PA66, and urea, and can even transport lump materials like ore. To some extent, it is more competitive than traditional dump semi-trailers.
