The JAC Shuailing 2 oil tanker truck is equipped with a JAC 120-horsepower engine, model HFC4DA1-2C, complemented by a Bosch high-pressure common rail system. The vehicle is fitted with an MSB-5M full-synchronizer gearbox, delivering strong and reliable power.
The tanker truck uses 7.00R16 14PR radial tires (also known as steel-belted tires), which are wear-resistant, durable, and provide good cushioning. They offer strong traction and anti-skid performance on wet roads, feature explosion-proof properties, and improve driving safety. Equipped with ABS, the braking system can fully exert its efficiency, shorten braking time and distance, reduce friction between tires and the road, minimize tire wear, and enhance both driving stability and steering control.
On one side of the chassis, an operation box for the bottom-loading oil system is installed. It protects the system, allows easy access during operation, and can be locked when not in use, ensuring both safety and convenience.
The truck comes with a maintenance-free battery, which supplies sufficient power to the entire electrical system.
It is also equipped with an oversized fuel tank securely mounted on one side of the chassis frame, surrounded by a red-and-white painted protective guard for safety and collision prevention. The large-capacity tank ensures the vehicle has abundant fuel for continuous operation.
A urea tank, made of semi-transparent white material, is also included. It is well-sealed and durable, helping the vehicle save energy, reduce emissions, and meet the EURO IV emission standards.
For braking, the truck uses an air-brake system. The green-painted air storage tank is placed next to the fuel tank, making it especially noticeable.
The chassis is fitted with a fuel filter that removes harmful impurities and moisture from the fuel system, protecting the engine, reducing wear, preventing blockages, and extending engine life.
Behind the cab, an air intake and exhaust device is installed. With a unique design, it supplies clean air to the engine, ensuring optimal performance.
At the rear of the chassis, a spare tire is mounted to serve as backup in case of tire failure during long-distance transport, providing peace of mind.
Next to the spare tire, an anti-static grounding strap is installed, which safely discharges static electricity from the vehicle to the ground, effectively preventing fire hazards and enhancing driving safety.
The JAC Shuailing 2 oil tanker truck chassis is also equipped with a fire extinguisher box, positioned right beside the anti-static strap. As the name suggests, it houses fire extinguishers for quick and convenient access, ensuring safety and ease of use.
