● Painted Aluminum Tank – A Refined Appearance

Although the entire tank trailer is made of aluminum alloy—which already ensures a bright and polished look even without painting—it is still “dressed” in a stylish blue, white, and yellow-orange paint scheme, giving it a fresh and youthful appearance.

The paint used is a high-gloss, corrosion-resistant coating that maintains its attractive finish even after extended use.

At the step area of the vehicle, you can also see a hollowed-out emblem, and the step surface has been treated with anti-slip material. This ensures that even in rain or snow, operators can safely climb onto the roof to perform tasks.
● Advanced Core Technologies – High Strength, Low Weight

A good appearance is only “skin deep”—what truly matters is the vehicle’s build quality. This vehicle adopts Europe’s latest frameless, fully load-bearing structural design, which allows for uniform stress distribution across the tank.
According to calculations, this structure concentrates stress at only one-fourteenth the level of traditional integrated frame designs.

In terms of materials, the tank is built from custom-made super aluminum plates, whose mechanical properties exceed national standards by 30%.
The anti-surge baffles inside the tank are made using integrated molding technology, giving them 40% more strength compared to conventional flanged plates.
The aluminum alloy plates are joined using MIG welding, which effectively eliminates common defects such as undercutting, lack of fusion, and burn-through.

The vehicle is equipped with disc brakes and an air suspension system. Its axles are round-shaft models from SAF-Holland, known for their high quality and reliability.

These design elements not only enhance structural strength but also reduce the overall weight by 0.2 tons—resulting in a total vehicle weight of only 6.1 tons—perfectly aligning with lightweight design principles.
● Smart Features Pointing to the Future

Beyond the standard enhancements, the tank trailer comes equipped with several intelligent systems. For example, monitoring cameras are installed on both sides and on the roof to provide real-time surveillance of the operational area.

At the rear, a blind-spot warning system is in place. When reversing, if the radar detects an obstacle near the rear, the vehicle emits an alert to warn the driver as well as nearby pedestrians and vehicles, helping to prevent accidents.

The braking system includes a Knorr-Bremse brake pad wear warning system, which allows the driver to monitor brake wear in real time. The system also issues proactive reminders when the brake pads need replacing.

For unloading operations, the aluminum tank trailer features an intelligent electronic sealing module, which enables precise metered unloading, far more accurate than manual methods.
In addition, it includes an oil level detection function, allowing the operator to monitor the remaining fuel volume in the tank at all times.
With these safety and monitoring features in place, all functions are integrated into 2 main systems: the Smart Cloud Safety System and the Smart Cloud Monitoring System.
Through these systems, all equipment on the trailer can not only monitor vehicle status in real time but also upload data to a cloud server for fleet managers to access and analyze.
