2.      Superstructuer: Water Foam Fire Fighting Truck Information

2.1 Structurer:

a. The medium fire fighting tank truck can carry 3-10tons of water.The truck is equipped with a portab le fire-fighting pump,with a 1650lit/min. discharge rate,which can be used on its own.This vehicle is considered the best investment for areas with a water shortage. Vehicle technical performance accord with GB7956-1998 "Fire-fighting Performance Requirements and Test Methods". Overall appearance with GA39.5 "Foam Fire-fighting General Technology” conditions of the relevant provisions

Here bellow is optional: HALE (USA) works on the vehicle’s electricity.Capable of priming water from a depeth of 24inch in 30sec. The unit is easy to assemble and maintain.

c. Water tank:

i.Material: made out of carbon steel(Material: 316L stainless steel, thickness:5 mm for option)

ii. Baffles:up to 1.5~5m3 with water wave inhibitors to break the inertia forces on applying the brakes or severe turning.

iii.Webs:Internal and external reinforcement webs.

iv. Top walking way:The top of the tank can be completely removed for cleaning and annual maintenance works.

v. Manhole: a 500mm manhole for filling and regular inspection. (1 nos. inspection holes (each one for front and rear), with a quick locking and opening devices for option)

Inlet/Outlet: 2 nos.DN80 injection inlet, mounted beneath both two sides of the vehicle, at the rear of pump room through the top of the vehicle to inject water; Inlet for filling the tank from the pump. Inject inlet: two one-way valve Φ80 mm inject inlet mounted at both sides of the vehicle.Overflow outlet(1 No. overflow device DN50),ventilation outlet,lower outlet for feeding the pump from the tank,drainage outlet DN40. 2 nos.discharge outlet, with ball valves, to discharge from the side of the vehicle.

vii. Surplus water discharge pipeline: to protect the water pump and valve, installed surplus water discharge ball valve in the pipeline.

viii. Cooling water pipeline: to protect P.T.O for normal work, installed additional cooling device in the pipeline.

ix. Indicator: Level indiator for the water level inside the tank,seive on the inlet line to the pump.to prevent dirt from reaching the pump.
