Pneumatic bulk carrier perfect for bulk transport of cement, lime, other powdered and granulated materials. For unloading, two methods are availabele : the air-sliding type - for cement, and the triple-tank type - suitable for cement, powdered and granulated materials. Various types of carriers are available ; for example, a dumper type and a trailer type. Also gaining in popularity is the high-tensile steel tank model, enabling greater carrying capacity.

2.      Superstructuer: Bulk Cement Pneumatic Truck Information

2.1 Structurer:

a. Bulk cement truck with 15m vertical height, 5m horizontal distance, and 0.2Mpa working pressure, average discharging speed not less than 1.2t/min, the residual ratenot more than 0.3%, met Chinese standards.
b. Cylindrical tank body is made of 5mm quality steel plate with firmly and evenly welded ends wiht 6mm standard ellipsoidal heads ensured the overall high strength, rigidity and excellent pressure bearing performance.

c.The reasonable layout with two chambers shortens the discharging time, enhances the operating factor of the tank capacity, and reduces residual rate.

d. Tank truck with an air intake pipe and a discharge pipe at the front and rear air chambers respectively, which can be opened simultaneously and controlled separately via their respective ball valves and butterfly valves. When the system pressure is about to be higher than the rated pressure, the safety valve of the pipeline will exhaust for the convenience of operations above the tank body.

1.3   Standard Equipments

The equippment with truck mouned designing, consisted with tanker,pipeline system, frame ,truck chassis,and related parts etc.

Tanker assembling: Tanker fabricated with vessel ,bulk material loading hatch, fluidized bed,unloading /discharging pipes, material discharge hose, air inlet and some related parts etc.

Tank tilting the horizontal structure for the double cone, which makes the tank center of gravity can be reduced, improving a vehicle structural stability; tank 5mm high quality steel plate rolling from both ends of 6mm thick standard elliptical head, welding firm, with the overall strength, high rigidity, good under pressure, the use of performance characteristics. For the two-chamber structure in a single-chamber tank, tank, fluidized bed of medium width, the layout is reasonable, effective to shorten the discharge time, improve the utilization of the tank volume, and reduce the residual ash rate; in the top of the tank open two feed inlet, open the feed inlet, manhole covers, on the one hand feeding to the tank, the other hand, when the tank needs an overhaul to facilitate personnel access; set in the tank bottom of a cleaning device, removal of flange, you can completely remove residual cement tank. Its structure is reasonable, effective use.



2.4 Protective Provision & Finish for Compaction system

a.Anti-corrosion provi-sions for the Compaction system

i. Using high-quality polyurethane paint,

ii. A long-term accretes, no chap, not falling, to prevent debris impact,

iii. Corrosion resistance,and nice features.

b. Final colour finish white.

i. One coat of primer follow with two coats of gloss finish paint for external. Internal surface will be polished and cleaned.
