Benz Tipper Truck 55Ton 8*4

1.      Chassis: Tipper Truck Chassis Specification

1.1   CSCTRUCK Tipper Main Features

CSCTRUCK dump trucks body is being lifted from the front by telescopic type cylinder or middle lifting cylinder. HYVA hydraulically system is recommended .HYVA 145, 169,191 series with HYVA oil tank. Hydraulic power is supplied by the transfer of energy from PTO to the pump. PTO is controlled from the dumpers cab. The oil tank has normally 70 ltr capacity. On the tank there are, suction filter and return filter, depot cab with ventilation, level indicator, spherical valve, and releasing tap. All pipes used in the installation are suitable with DIN NORMS. The directional that commands the dumper truck body is on the hydraulic depot and has the property of fast and slow releasing tipper body. The system is controlled from the driver cab.

a. Tipper body is made of steel material or HARDOX, all body and gates are being supported with vertical steel "u" type profiles considering. Side doors can be produced either fixed or movable. The rear gate is attached from the top and has the automatically locking type and/or with hydraulic tailgate. Front gate is made of "U" profile steel and is supported by supporting profiles. Car box dioxide protected welding ensures tipper trucks good performance and reliable quality.

2.8 Hyva (Optional)

 

a. Front-End Cylinders FC, FE And FEE Range Specials

Applications where the tipping angles exceed 55 degrees could require a double acting function (1DA) on the cylinder. Scow end tippers where the scow starts at the rear of the tipping hinge could require a dash-pot (DP) to

cushion the shocks when tipping large rocks.

Heavy duty dump truck applications require a long cylinder to reach the correct tipping angle to discharge the load. Only the telescopic front end cylinder can offer the optimum solution to provide the correct tipping angle, lifting forces and value for money compared to an under body type cylinder.
